After you reach out, I will contact you to confirm benefits if you plan to use insurance. The next step is to schedule an intake session! The intake session will focus on learning about you, your background, and your therapy expectations. After the intake session, we will determine the frequency that fits your needs and set up a next appointment. From there, we will continue getting to know one another in order to address your therapy goals!

I provide 50 minute individual therapy sessions that begin on the hour. Don’t worry, I will keep track of the time so that you can be present during our time together!
There may be times when we choose to involve a family member or a partner in a session, but the majority of our sessions will be individual.
Not sure what to think about therapy? Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation with me, and we can discuss any worries or concerns you may have about the process.

I am a telehealth only practice for the time being. Find a comfy and quiet spot, and log on from your space.

I work with clients between the age of 10 and up. Tweens, teens, young adults, adults, all are welcome!

Yes! Resilient Minds Counseling is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.

If you are paying out of pocket for therapy, intake sessions cost $165 and ongoing sessions cost $145.
If you are utilizing insurance, I will check your benefits upon starting therapy to discuss the details of copay/deductible/etc.
I offer sliding scale fees on a limited basis. Please reach out via contact form regarding specific financial needs so that we can troubleshoot together!

In short, it depends! Some clients come to therapy for shorter term support and skills building. Other clients remain in therapy for the long haul to have continued support to work through life’s challenges. If you decide short term therapy is for you, and you later change your mind, the therapy door is always open for your return.
